University of San Antonio John Peace Library Project Scope:
We converted the first floor of a 1970s library building, from a dated stack area, into a modern ‘collaborative environment’ including casual seating space and study areas.
Provided full interior furniture layout, styles and finishes, preparing all schematics, including 3D renderings of the complete first floor area.
Compiled the furniture and equipment proposal with budgets. Provided complete project management of the interiors furnishing package.
Key features include modular lounge seating, custom computer stations, study booths, and award winning ultra-low-profile floor mounted wireway systems that allow for power and data cabling to be delivered anywhere in a space without the need for core drilling, trenching or power poles.
